It is a day of balance of night and day, the first in 2015, and the start of a new season: spring in the North and fall in the South of our globe. May yours be memorable — a blossoming of your skills or the harvest of your efforts.
The moon is new. It is a Friday, my day of Oneness. Parts of the world will see a solar eclipse. Everything speaks of new beginnings.
Enjoy this breath, your body that does what you ask of it, and this day.
Thanks to mother earth for sustaining us and for her unconditional love. Thanks to sister water for cleansing us and making all life bloom. Thanks to father sky for the winds that carry the pollen and our breath. Thanks to the generous sun for the illumination and the support of all living beings.
