Welcome to the Circle of Mindfulness
santosha/Rainbow Tribe Reiki – Fridays, all day
Welcome to our meditation for the well-being of all life on earth. Welcome to our reiki send on this scrumptious summer day.
You can participate in this Circle as a meditator and as a well-wishing witness. We who are reiki practitioners are sending reiki to everyone present and to all names on our reiki request lists.
You can nominate a region that would benefit from our joint focus and loving support for peace building and social and climate stabilization. If you do not get to share your request, respect your perception and include the region into your prayers, light and energy work.
Love, calm and wholeness are suitable intentions for most settings and situations. Be free to use these words as a mantra.
By linking up with our broadcast, you are affecting the field of good thoughts and blessings in human consciousness and you are contributing to the world you want to live in.

Focus for the Morphic Field
Sanity and unity and harmony
Today, we are grounding ourselves in the qualities of sanity, unity and harmony.
We invite people on a similar wavelength and allies of alike frequencies. We welcome the reunion of soul families, contagious goodwill and a booming love for our home planet.
As you ground yourself in sanity, unity and harmony, you might pick up impressions about the sites that can instruct you and the sites that need help…
…Become Teachable, Mist Everything Else…
Decide that you are going to learn from luxuriant, thriving, pristine, restorative, enchanting sites.
Accept your feelings and your information about places that are neglected, stressed, fragile, at risk of conflicts or polluted.
Mist those territories with the dew of sanity, unity and harmony.
Mentally mist the buildings and the resident animals and people who are restoring and will be restoring those places — with the fine spray of sanity, unity and harmony.
Mist your thoughts and emotions about these sites with the sheer spray of sanity, unity and harmony, too.
Anytime you feel sharp feelings and thoughts rise in the coming week, mist the place, the situation, and your inner (reactive) processes — with the silky spray of sanity, unity and harmony.
Notice how this ultra-fine mist hydrates you, the information you absorb, and the regions that call for more care and love and wisdom.

Check-In With Your Vital Energy
How have you been feeling?
Have you run the Inner Smile through your body since last Friday?
Have you made any solar water now that the sun is so generous and strong?
Have you been charging your drinking water with thanks and love, or with other high thoughts, as doctor Masaru Emoto taught?
Have you been kind to yourself?
If you have been resisting fun, accessible and swift-acting self-care practices, do you know the reasons why?
There are good and not so good reasons why you resist to take better care of yourself. Do not judge yourself for putting it off, for being irregular, for doing too little… Just notice the behaviour.
You can notice fluctuating commitment to your well-being and decide that “I am learning new habits. I am learning how to be good to me.”
Maybe you have heard of habit stacking? It is adding a new good habit to a non-negotiable self-care routine that you do at around the same time every day. Habit stacking is something that you can put in place quite easily. It won’t take a great deal of re-adjusting. When you are done with your routine+, go about your day, as before.
Experiment with habit stacking this season. One new good habit is enough. See how you feel.

What are You Grateful for Today?
Have you designed your gratitude container?
I mentioned gratitude containers in the Earth Send invitation last Friday. Seven days are enough to make up your mind and buy a booklet or use a box or a vase that you own as your gratitude container.
I explained too @ https://nandajurela.com/2023/07/21/earth-send-on-21-july-2023/ why it is important to write your gratitude on a piece of paper or on a page. By writing it down, you fish in a sea of impressions, emotions, moods, rosters, flukes and clues… and outline and become conscious of and seize what you are grateful for.
Are you ready to play?
If you are still iffy about a gratitude container, read the previous chapter about resistance. Tell yourself that “I am giving it a try, I am using this gratitude container now.”
Maybe you had a gratitude box in the past? Maybe you stopped writing gratitude lists, and still own the journal? Dust it off. Use it again.
I encourage you to get a journal or box ready by next Friday — if you are on the fence about it. Let it be a piece of our gatherings on Fridays.

Check-in With Your Recent Manifestations
Appreciate how far you have come. Recall where you were months ago and that indeed you are moving forward.
This year, I have taught myself new habits galore. I can not claim that I have reduced stress, not yet anyway. Life has more flavour and festive moments, though, and I get more done. One day, I may get nostalgic about this year’s learning curves. Ha ha! I am in the process, it is neither smooth, nor stellar, and I am improving. Trying unfamiliar things, exercising other parts of the brain, exercising different muscles is rejuvenating and interesting.
This week, I discovered a new beach, and I appreciated the sense of humour, laughter and the salt of the earth energy in my colleagues. The sunny, plain sailing, lucky vibes are, to me, an appetizer of what is to come: a major level up.
What has life presented to you lately that points to your wish list and to what you relish?
Because you are investing in your happiness now, expect new arrivals and new departures. Fresh fascinations are surfacing, less compatible energies are pulling away.

Gratitude to the Season and the Land
We all experience this moment in time in our own way. I am enamoured with this warm, bright and fruiting season. The serene and creative vibes of summer are priceless to me.
I feel sorry for people who can not enjoy the outdoors because of the intense heat. (I do well in the heat. Our bodies are all different. Even I have a preferred range of temperatures. )
Permaculture and water-retention landscapes are sound solutions to climate change and the unpredictable water supply. The good news is, we can start in our own gardens: compost kitchen and garden waste, harvest rainwater, cover the soil with mulch and compost that will increase its capacity to hold rainwater, firm up the plants against weather volatility, heavy winds and drought and stretch out the growing season and the yield. These steps are easy on your resources, pockets and time. Everyone can take better care of their own turf. The results would be significant enough — if a lot of us did it. We may not control the weather, but we can reshape the environment with a few tricks, so that the soil and the concavities in the ground can store more water and distribute it.
What have you learned about your soil? What do you know about your watershed?
Let me say hello to the lands that we inhabit and to the people who gave us living, healthy soil and the insight to keep it productive and pure.
I say hello to the Anishinabe Algonquin on whose native soil I live. Hello to other First Nations, Inuit and Metis who have spent time here. Hello to the growers from all continents who came in more recent history and who have connected with the land and the people graciously.

Gather Evidence
Mudita and Models of Success
Who are the people who have achieved what you imagine for yourself? Can you contact them, interview them, get them to recommend what you could do? Have they published instructions or a memoir? Who is a success story to you that you can celebrate today?
Your journey, your courage, your success belong into your gratitude container. It is good to recognize your feats and your good traits, but the evidence that you will gather is about people who made real something that is important to you and who are ahead of you.

Align With The Five Reiki Precepts
Just for today, we do worry or anger, we are grateful for all the good in our daily life, we are honest in our work, and we remember with gratitude the people who raised us and the people who educated us into lifelong learners.

Help Yourself Practise
(On Fridays … And When You Said You Would)
The alpha and omega of all growth is that you put boundaries around your time and the space you meditate, do your inner work and reiki in.
Set up the time when you will join this Earth Send every week. Stick to it.
There are many sensual pleasantries that can enhance the experience. Enjoy what you have. Know that you showing up is key. Showing up regularly is what will activate amazing processes of self-healing and self-renewal.
Whatever supports your participation, add that. Whatever complicates it, let it go.
Less is more in meditation.

What To Look Forward To
August! Need I say more? Ha ha.
The year’s most popular meteor shower, the Perseids, is on display until the third week in August. The peak is around 12 August, three days before Mikao Usui’s anniversary of birth.

May This Day Be Of Benefit To You

And take fresh, loving ideas into your weekend.
I humbly receive. I bow to the universal life energy. I bow to the morphic field of sanity, unity and harmony.
