Slow Down

Painting by Sam Vokey whom you can find at https://samvokey.com/

Slow down when you don’t know your next step.

Slow down your thinking, slow down all activities that aren’t really necessary.

When you feel ambivalent, not guided, not inspired, or clueless about what is next, you don’t need to plunge forward. Accept that you don’t have all the information yet, that you can pause.

A way that you haven’t yet considered will open up soon. You will walk on it at the perfect time, with a clear mind, feeling fresh and alert, with ease.
