Last Saturday, I woke up with a serious blepharitis. It has calmed down by now. Warm thanks to all who sent reiki and good thoughts to me and who responded to my healing request in the last Earth Send invitation.
I’m anticipating a major shift of consciousness this year. It’s the Year of the Fire Horse, after all. A lot of people have become citizen researchers about the ubiquitous cover-up of an elite child and human trafficking ring and its likely connections to 9/11. In 2001, there was more acceptance of the official narrative; in 2026, there is much less — for good reason: what is being broadcast doesn’t line up, politicians and decision-makers have lost their credibility due to their records, actual journalism has almost disappeared from our daily lives, there is more will to go to the bottom of everything, some conspiracy “theories” have been proven — with receipts, the younger generation are tired of pretending that they can’t notice signs of abuse, more mature people are trusting their gut about this scandal… So although it’s a lot to take in (if it’s the first time you absorb such material) and people are having meltdowns over it, please be gentle with everyone and yourself: the fact that this is being talked about at all is a leap forward. No reminder about self-care is too much. It’s important to bring yourself to the present moment and to fill your cup. Run the Inner Smile through your body today… and in the coming week, as often as you can.
Now is a good time to shed stuff in the home or work place that no longer serves you, to change to a less toxic diet and fast intermittently or with a purpose, and to join peace prayers all over the world. We are letting go of what can be useful to others. We’re cleaning space and the mind for higher, wise input and a loving way to be.
May our Circle centre and soothe everyone present. Your creativity tools are receiving our group reiki today, as are all requests.
