Since it’s the end of the year, we are sending gratitude to everything that went well, that moved our heart, that moved us to action, that moved us to more harmony. Please savour these moments, achievements, clues of bliss.
As the season turns on solstice, and in the Northern hemisphere, the winter solstice is the time of surplus yin, this is a good moment to make space for self-restoration, regenerative practises and “dreaming up” the coming year.
Sort through your creativity tools, see how far you have come in your manifestation process, feel the feelings of having met goals (and being able to move to new aims, going back to the drawing board), feel the feelings of being in the process of manifesting the overarching, main goal/-s.
If you are gift-giving, imagine the benefit to your recipients, and the joy shared. If your gift is your presence or quality time with important to you people, enjoy the community spirit and how connected you are and the depth of your kinship.
If you are gifting yourself with experiences or objects or quiet time or even a retreat during this holiday season, acknowledge your fortune to be able to do that. As always, a great gift to yourself is a functional, clutter-free home, a place to grow food in, order in your finances, red tape and schedule and solid health. It is remarkable how much our well-being can be boosted by starting with ourselves and carrying down what stands in the way of calm, stability and appreciating what we do have.

This weekend, the Geminids are peaking. It’s one of the most colourful meteor showers of the year, many streaks having golden, white, green, reddish, bluish, even purple hues… This meteor shower marks the tail end of my personal year and is part of birthday preparations every year; so observing the Geminids is a️ ☆custom️☆ by now, and I’ve been lucky with the sky very, very often.
