We are meeting in our meditation for the well-being of all life and in the first Earth Send of the year. Welcome to 2024! May this year be the manifestation of many of your longings and items on your vision board.
I will go into the healing session right away.
I thank everyone who has been sending healing to me. My ankle still hurts, I am restricted in my movements and can not walk a lot. I was worse three weeks ago. I appreciate every bit of progress.
To this session, please bring your vision map and your Gallery of Mudita that features your advisors, motivators, role models and chosen teachers, and if you feel inclined, your gratitude container, too. You can write into it after you feel reiki and love flow through you.
There are many war zones and regions in peril on our planet that can use our spiritual support, comfort and encouragement. There is also our own corner of the earth that benefits from gratitude and beautification. Apply yourself in the ways you can. Maybe you are developing strategies for 2024 to live with less struggle and more satisfaction: there is no better time than now to set priorities that align with your standards. Every creative person you know has created in the same time when everyone else consumed and grouched.
May your New Year be everything you would love to be part of. While it may appear as if the conditions we live in need to improve, remember that we are setting the tone every single day as well, and that by improving our own attitude, we connect with a higher quality of life.
Let this Friday give you wings. Fly like an eagle… to the sea, fly like an eagle, let my spirit carry me…
