Potato flowers are as beautiful as any spring messenger. Only you get potatoes after.
Squash blossoms are as charming as lilies or large morning glories. Zucchini blossoms especially have a gorgeous colour – a deep yellow like the sun, a holy colour in Asia. I can see why. I can’t take my eyes off them!
