The pattern can be broken. Any pattern. Just choose better.
Sometimes the answer comes after thinking deep and hard about the issue too, about how you were responsible and how much or how little it had to do with you. And the answer is the same: choose better for yourself.
Choose better. Make it your mantra. Then it will be there for you when you need it.
