Self-acceptance

To accept yourself means to make peace with your weak points and lack and peace with your good points and blessings. And I dare say, to nurture your excellent points.

Your heart is always beating in your chest for you – in grief, in joy, in calm, in progress, in failure, in pluck, in fatigue, in love, in relaxation, in diligence. Your heart is always beating for you. It goes for its aim while being responsible to its owner. To the heart, being responsible is to go forward.

Let the mind take the heart’s lead. The heart has been practising self-acceptance from its first beating.
