I had to sacrifice my early Friday hours for a series of lab tests and a doctor’s appointment. I’ll be in the first session by mid afternoon.
You know the routine:
– bring your creativity tools, so that reiki can flow through them
– self-care practises, like the Inner Smile, solar water, Birds’ Eye View/Root into the Earth
– evaluate your progress with your projects or main goals, state of health, relationships, red tape, workplace, household and yard upkeep, time management, satisfaction with place and residence, connection with and knowledge about your region
– if needed, goal modification: zone in closer to the essence of each aim, break up your next chapter into doable action steps, check off what you have done – in case you forgot about it! -, simplify
– write it down to strengthen your commitment and executive skills and to gather info about your unique manifestation style
– ask for help from knowledgeable sources and mentors and subtle guides and forces when you’re worried about aspects or the speed of your manifestations
– energy preservation; seize your best hours
– resolve that you’ll amass a record of genuine gratitude, and leaf through it after today’s meditation
– dedicate your participation in the circle to the well-being of all life
