“My favourite weather is bird-chirping weather.”β Terri A. Woodhull Guillemets, anthologist
On this beautiful Friday, we are gathering again to meditate for the well-being of all life and to send reiki to our circle and our recipients. Please bring your creativity tools to session, so reiki can flow through them.
I have explained in many Earth Send invitations what the creativity tools are. I still plan to give them a worthy place for a quick look-up and the reminder of how to keep your

relevant over time and connected with your present.
A plain list will do β until you create more sophisticated tools. In fact, a plain Iist will work just as well as a fancy compilation, if not better. With my abundance of Libra influence, I like things to be cohesive, seamless and good-looking, and I get somewhat irritated by stuff that seems out of place or disconnected, but whenever I compared the outcomes of sloppy lists/bare bone drafts to crafted collages and lovely collections, the lists and drafts won out, hands down. Ha ha. So bring your unfinished, humble lists, and don’t expect perfection from your tools. Once you’ve manifested a few goals to the end, you’ll get the gist that simple is the wind in your back and complicated might slow you down, or keep you somewhat distanced or uncommitted.Β
In the last 12 months, I overheard a number of people who had just decluttered complain about their disconnect from the vision boards they found in their drawers and let go. That speaks for simple, too!
If your goals tend to be more ambiental and involving other factors than your own execution and initiative, a list will give you direction and clarity about your part in what you’re hoping to manifest.

Now thank the land that surrounds you, the water you drink, the soil you grow on. Imagine the people who drank from the same watershed and grew their food here, and telepathically send them your thanks.
π
Run the Inner Smile through your body. Start by swallowing your smile through your throat into your stomach, letting it swirl in clockwise motion through your abdomen, hips, solar plexus, for as long as it feels good. Then let it swirl through your legs and feet. Return in upward, gentle 8-shaped motions toward your heart. From there, move your Inner Smile into your arms, hands and palms.
Now move your inner smile over your neck into your skull, through your brain, up to your crown and over your face, leaving no place untouched, and let it arrive at your lips again.
Offer your smile to the land around you.
π
Let’s reactivate Bird’s Eye View now. In your mind’s eye, look up to the roof of the building you are in. Rise above it until you see your neighbourhood from helicopter view and perceive yourself like a tiny dot. From this elevated spot in the air, do you notice anything new, different, interesting? What can you tell yourself, the small self that is a tiny dot in your vision? Is there any useful info that you can offer the small self on the ground?Β
After you’ve scouted your neighbourhood, slowly descend to the soil again. Move downward at a speed that you handle well. Drop into your body again. Tell yourself that you’re going to recall the impressions from above and write them down after.
π
Now let’s move into the earth under your bottom and feet. Imagine that you have roots and with these roots you go deep into the earth. What are you noticing? Does anything surprise you? Offer your thanks to the land again.
Return above ground, into your body, breathing in a relaxed way.
π
Now as you breathe deeply and slowly, remind yourself of everything good in your life:
What has been going wellβsince the beginning of the year? What makes you feel lucky and provided for? What joyful synchronicities and surplus have you witnessed in the last weeks? Savour these blessings, small and big. Tell yourself that you’ll be revisiting them. It’s so satisfying to prolong dwelling on what’s good.
What have you recently resonated with? What do you want more of? What is awesome? When was the last time you experienced a sense of wonder? Where was that?
Tell yourself that you’ll write down the best later in this session.
π
Now let’s move on to our well-being check-in:
Grade yourself from 1 to 10 for
β health: exercice, sleep, rest, food intake, water intake, acting on your value system
β medical check-ups: how many are ahead of you, still?
β red tape issues: does anything need renewal?
β job satisfaction: service, impact, hours, income, clients
β creativity: progress, consistency, skill development
β home satisfaction: with your home and yard, your neighbourhood, your network and circle of influence
Let the numbers be what they are. No need to act on all your scores. Just sit with what is.
π
Now is a good time to write down a few impressions that you want to keep from today’s wellness check-in, Bird’s Eye View, soil contact and “hello” to the land around you and the revelations about what you’d like more of. Give yourself 5-15 min for it. If you have nothing to write, simply sit in meditation and support our co-practitioners, co-meditators, co-creators.

Let’s come to March 2026: what are you planting?
What subtler plane harvest would you like to collect by December? More calm? More balance? More presence? More pleasure? More agency? What topics are surfacing today? Give yourself another 5 min to write them down. If you have nothing to write about, simply sit in the meditation and think “harvest” and “as I sow, I shall reap“.

In response to recent events in the news, ask yourself what you know about abuse prevention awareness, about human trafficking resources in your area and about boycott of companies you can not support anymore. Even if it seems “impossible” to opt out of some participation, allow for ideas to come to you that you haven’t thought about before… Ask yourself, What do I know about being a safe person to a child in distress? A safe person to a teen who looks downcast and far from where I’d expect them to be? A safe person to a woman who I suspect is being abused by a partner, a gang, or a go-between? Is there anything I can do to become a safe person to anyone looking like they need help? If I had to connect someone in need with resources, where would I bring them? Who could I recommend? Who would I call to find out what I could do?
Perhaps right now, you have no idea and too little knowledge about these topics, but give yourself permission to become a helper, to become informed, and to intervene in situations where beforehand you’d look away or conclude that you can’t do much anyway.
Write for 5 min, if your mind came up with some clues. If you get nothing, just sit in session and support our other meditators, especially those who are already connected or work in the field.
We are expanding our gratitude and appreciation to helpers beyond this Circle, known and unknown. In the coming months, we’ll be adjusting our antennae to notice helpers, so that when faced with new emergencies, we are equipped with know-how and a functioning network.
Please don’t persuade people who have become mouthpieces of certain cults and militant convictions or who defend wrongdoing or even their own loyalties. That’s a waste of time, mental energy and intellect. Instead, turn your mind to those who can teach you how you can effectively contribute.

As the moon is waning until the new moon on 19 March, the time is great for spring cleaning, reorganization and short-term fasts for your health and fasts for peace on earth.
May this weekend greet you with sunlight and bird song.
I bow in gassho. I humbly receive.
