International news have become exceptionally insane since the year started that I call on sanity, harmony and health as mottos to ground ourselves in. Whenever chaos/shock therapy of that extent is being broadcast, you can wonder “Why now? What is being diverted from?“, and I think most of you have a few ideas what it may be. Amp up on self-care, consume what strengthens you, and let go of things in your household you aren’t using to stimulate the flow of new energy.
