Welcome to the Circle of Mindfulness
santosha/Rainbow Tribe Reiki – Fridays, all day
Welcome to the meditation for the well-being of all life on earth. Welcome to this reiki send on Friday.
You can participate in this Circle as a meditator and a well-wishing witness. We who are reiki practitioners are sending reiki to everyone who is gathering and to all who requested reiki.
If you know about regions that would benefit from warm focus, heartfelt support for peace building, social and climate stabilization, please include them into your prayers, energy and lightwork.
Love, calm and wholeness are suitable mantras (piece by piece or the combo) for many situations.
By co-creating this broadcast, you affect the field of good thoughts and blessings in human consciousness and contribute to the world you want to live in.

Focus for the morphic field
Sanity and unity and harmony
We are grounding ourselves in the qualities of sanity, unity and harmony.
People on a similar wavelength can connect with us. And, with a bit of luck, we can reach critical mass.
To many people outside this group and to us, it is obvious that the earth needs sanity, unity and harmony in this time.
As you ground, you might notice sites that are conflict zones – bioregions, landscapes, urban centres and countries where animals and people disappear and flee from. Let your feelings and thoughts be — as upset and opinionated as they may be. Accept that this is how you feel and think for now.
Imagine that sanity, unity and harmony are dew that forms on these territories after a long night, before dawn.
Imagine sanity and unity and harmony as gentle mist settling around buildings and the resident people and animals who and whose offspring will be restoring these places.
Mist your perception with sanity, unity and harmony, too.
You can mentally mist places, situations and your own perception with sanity, unity and harmony throughout the week and every time you feel sharp feelings and thoughts rise.
You could also notice sites of rich abundance and vitality. Resolve to learn from these sites.

Check-In With Your Vital Energy
Run the Inner Smile through your body before you start your meditation.
(Run the Inner Smile through your body before you start your day, too!)
I shared this exercice so often – you swallow your smile and let it move through your organs, skull and limbs –. If you want a guided step-by-step instruction, look for Taoist Inner Smile. Teach yourself the process, and you can do it forever.

What are you grateful for today?
When it comes to mining the gold from your gratitude, I am all for repeatable simplicity.
Let yourself simmer in gratitude whenever you are engaged in rote tasks that need to get done and do not require a lot of brain power.
But what are the chances that you will let yourself feel what you are grateful for in those moments?
It is much more likely that you will drop into your gratitude when there is a neat ritual around it that you look forward to.
So let’s create a container for it:
A container that you will deposit your gratitude into, bit by bit.
A gratitude jar or vase, a gratitude box, a calendar, or a booklet for gratitude are perfect.
Digital storage space is an option, too. But it is better to use something that engages your hands a bit more.
What about keeping gratitude in your mind and to yourself? Well, if that is the only possibility – okay.
Remember school and how you retained content a lot better, or only, when you wrote it down? Listening can go right over your head, and reading by itself is less memory making.
Gratitude is easy to feel when we are on a retreat, in sacred spots, by the ocean, and have open, unstructured schedules. For non-monastics and non-hermits, for people with deadlines and commutes and professions that require full presence and undivided attention, for people with teenagers, young children, demanding or immature relatives and care recipients, for people with varied schedules, for people working in precise or tiring jobs — let’s face it, it is pretty much everyone! —, it is utopian to expect nonstop gratitude to be the emotional baseline.
Please understand why writing it down is essential for most of us.

Check-in With Your Recent Manifestations
Appreciate how far you have come.
It reassures the nervous systems, confirms that you are moving forward and boosts your confidence as a manifestor.
Perhaps your master plan needs an update, more clarity, smaller and gettable goals?
You are practising manifesting as a conscious new habit. Conceive of your efforts as first drafts and early experimentation. Carlos Santana did not sound like he does today when he picked up the violin as a small boy.
As you take in the feedback loop to what you recently manifested, how much have you moved toward what you wanted? Are you on course?
Are you off-track? If you are off-track, course correct this week.
Today, as I was wondering about when I would finish this Earth Send invitation, a Benjamin Bratt look-alike started a conversation with me and alerted me to the safety measures on the premises we were at. I don’t know if I was talking to an angel. Ha ha. He was so luminously handsome and kind, and I clicked that I was in the zone, and that you would be reading this by the evening.
Certainly on course over here!

Gratitude to the Season and the Land
Julia Cameron championed the practice of The Artist Date, a creativity stimulating tool, which is a regular solo outing to a captivating setting. No chitter chatter, no distractions, no imposed-on narratives and opinions permitted. That is why you go on this date alone.
This season is an Artist Date to me every day, heck, every hour!
I am aware of the news talking about record breaking temperatures and heat waves in many parts of the word. But where I live, summer is gorgeous, luxurious and lovely. Every time I am outdoors, my heart overflows with gratitude. Summer and I are fully aligned.
Permaculture and water-retention landscapes are a solution to the unpredictable climate and erratic water supply. Remaking the gardens that we already have by drawing on permaculture and water-retention principles are the cure on our changing planet. I will say more about that soon. I have a lot to share!
Let me acknowledge the lands we all live on… Do you know your watershed? Do you know the history of the soil you are on?
I do not subscribe to the platitude that “ignorance is bliss”; I belong to Thich Nhat Nanh’s school: to love means to know. You can not love what you don’t understand. You can only love with skill what and whom you understand.
Guessing what someone might feel or think and “loving” the earth without understanding? That is a sad way to live, and a way to miss everything about the recipient of your love.

Gather Evidence
This will sound a lot like mudita, delight in the virtuous.
Gather the evidence that what you dream about was and is possible for others in the world.
On this earth, there is an abundance of goodness and self-realization. There are opportunities to serve and to make your way. There is nonviolent communication, peace creation and cultural and personal evolution. There is love. Communities commit to healing. Books are being written. Songs are being written for our era. So many of us are learning how to take good care of ourselves. And the Earth keeps supporting us still, which is evidence that you are being supported right now.
Where do you find evidence that what is on your master plan has been attained by some people?
I am asking you. Where do you look?
Where could you look?
Perhaps you think of yourself as a pioneer. By that you imply that “noone dared to do” what you expect to accomplish. Find equivalents of successes that move you.
There is another slant to this situation, though: if noone else has met your goals, perhaps you need to go back to the drawing board and redefine your goals and reformulate them to SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely).
Sort out what your core theme/motivation is. A sensitive assistant can help you, or do it on your own.
Examples of a core theme/motivation would be self-love, self-worth, empowerment, inner peace, aliveness… There are other core themes, of course. But the mentioned ones cover a lot of ground already.

Manifest
Goal Maps, Dream Boards, Vision Boards
Bring your gratitude container to this circle. And bring your manifestation reminders to this circle. Reiki will circulate through it all.

Align With The Five Reiki Precepts
Just for today, we take control of our minds and manage worry and anger, we are grateful for all the good in our daily life, we are honest in our work, and we remember with gratitude those who have raised us and those who have educated us into lifelong learners.

Help Yourself Practise
(On Fridays … and when you say you will)
First and foremost, give yourself the space and time to show up for it.
Everything else that supports quiet and looking within is based on individual preferences, exploratory, updatable.
The number one priority is to draw boundaries around your inner and healing work on Fridays.

What To Look Forward To
July 2023 highlights
The Perseids are already active until the third week of August. The full moon in August might outshine the peak of the meteor shower. You can look up anytime now!
I saw some this week!

May This Day Be Of Benefit To You
Stay hydrated.
And take inspiration, juiciness and joy into your weekend.
I humbly receive. I bow to the universal life energy. I bow to the morphic field where love, bliss and renewal cohabitate.
