Welcome to a sunlit and warm Friday in July. It is a new chance to “fly with” sanity, unity and harmony and to infuse these qualities into our home, our town, our region, our land mass and our planet. Welcome to our meditation for the well-being of all life on earth. Welcome to Earth Send. Welcome to our seasoned participants, our occasional co-creators and to all newcomers.
Good thoughts and heartfelt support and light go to all who asked for spiritual assistance.
Reiki goes out to all who requested it in group or privately.
Come into our pool of mutual blessings. We are splashing each other with reiki.
Let it raise the quality of your life. Let it help you come to peace with what you can not change. Let it soothe your grief, loss and pain. Let it help you adapt to a fresh chapter. Let it help you manifest what you want: the social life of your dreams, a community that you can count on and love, mentors and teachers who can pass on their expertise to you, a well-matched partner for life, a promotion, the work you were meant to do, the vacation you want to take, radiant health, a good home life, the garden of your dreams, serenity in your daily life, the comforts you enjoy, better habits, purpose, and so on. Let the love coming your way assist you in making that happen what you can appreciate most in the here and now.
It is high summer. To me, winter is for planning, thinking and cleaning; summer is for connecting, exploring, savouring the abundance of sensual stimuli and basking in the sun. Adapting to the best of what each seasons offers has proven useful to me. I accepted that every season has its theme, its function and its potential. I adore summer — although I think less clearly and think less in general than I do in the cold season. I vibe with the poetry of summer. And while I don’t love the dark and cold, it helps me weed out waste and drains on my time; so although winter is not my season, I organize my home, routines, future projects, assess what sparks joy and what I will continue.
I can gush for days about what nature is showing me and about the loveliness in everything alive in July. I want to sing praises to summer…. But, as I am inviting you to this Earth Send, let me say more about manifesting, about completing, boosting and speeding up your manifestations and steering toward self-satisfaction. This year, I have talked a lot about fulfilling your heart’s desire. I want to blow more wind into your sails and set you up for success.
There are a myriad things you can wish for. Your wishes are probably as diverse as a menu in a restaurant. Let me use the process of ordering a dish and eating it as a metaphor for manifestation:
If we choose from the menu of our dreams and desires that what will nourish us and not overwhelm us, and that what we can obtain and process, we discover our what our priorities should be.
It makes sense to first ask for the dish on the menu that satisfies hunger and that we can pay for and that gives us the best bang for the buck. For taste and vitality, we reciprocate with an offering. What we pay for the food is a symbol of what we offer for what we expect to get from our “order”.
Prioritize your manifestations by urgent, credible to me, and sensible.
“Chewing” on the results creates positive manifestation experiences. From there, you go to the next thing, and order another dish when you are at the restaurant again.
We are human, we want people to join us at a wonderful eatery, and share the joy. At the same time, we can not dictate what others will eat or fancy or how they want to entertain themselves.
So it is key to stay with our own plate. And let everyone else enjoy what they enjoy.
We like to promote, and recommend, what we love most. We imagine that our personal tastes are widely shared, or should be.
At the table of manifestation, we let our companions select what they like, and we choose what we put on our plates. We decline what makes us feel bad. We don’t make ourselves an authority over the allergies of other people. Unless we have gained expert status and are objective enough to understand that what makes us allergic is what other people consume without any side effects and eat with gusto.
Highlight to yourself the manifestations that do not require that anyone changes for you, backs your choices, or figures out, telepathically, like a therapist or a wish-granting fairy, what you would want to order. Do not expect that anyone will eat for you, teach you how to swallow, and hold your hand as you digest. One person’s idea of fun is another person’s clean up job.
Lead with sound etiquette and with self-responsibility. We give other adults the freedom to express themselves as they want to express themselves, to find their answers and their path, and to grow on their terms. We loosen our expectations on others to be there every tiny step of the way, to approve of our designs and to carry us through.
Two clusters of manifestations seem to be sitting on opposite spectrums of sufferance and what can be bliss for years and years.
I will define the two as the need to leave a crisis setting — climate, war, violence, domestic violence refugees — and the invitation to intimacy, manifesting a partner for life.
If you are in a crisis setting, your manifestation ought to be about safety.
If you can not leave right away, develop a strategy of how you will leave. Hoping for the impossible, that you will wake up in the opposite setting, in a sweet fable, is a misuse of your power of manifestation. If you are in a lot of pain because you are staying, you read the signs correctly, and the signs call you to act. Do not sedate yourself with fantasies and fiction, feel your feelings, and plan your exit out of danger zone.
It is a sad reality that so many highly sensitive people, gentle and idealistic souls, creatives and lightworkers linger in toxic environments, hoping for good days to come, for a miracle to occur. If you believe that love conquers hate, remove yourself from bad treatment, and move in the direction of love. Love includes self-love.
People who want to manifest a cohabitating spouse, on the other hand, can use the reminder to choose someone compatible.
A promising potential partner is someone who respects you, who makes your life better (and gladly so), who already embodies your key core values and who is aligned with your future and purpose.
If you have no idea about what your future or your purpose may be, figure that out before you attach to anyone.
There is a lot to learn about yourself…
Relationships can be escapist bubbles. Smittenness lasts up to 2 years, at best. After that, the reality of who the other is and who you are is what you are dealing with. Do not make your partner your life’s purpose. Do not make your partner a fixer-upper project, who, with a bit of polish and elbow grease, will turn into the king or queen of your existence.
A partner is neither an object, nor a job.
You can manifest affairs, of course. Affairs happen without much effort, too.
Respect your power of manifestation and direct it to big impact experiences. Not to events that come and go.
It is okay to drift and have no manifestation lists and take life as it comes. Manifestations are for people who want to create high-lights and meaning in their life. It is okay to participate only in manifestations that you are fit and ready for. It is okay to forgo dishes (manifestation experiences) that are not interesting or uplifting to you.
If these topics are not for you, you can hear me out and apply the principle to manifestations that you care about. You can express gratitude for your own gains, for everything that fell into your lap, for everything that is going so well that you don’t need to start from scratch again. There are enough people in the world now who want to manifest a partner, or their safety.
Sooooo…
When vetting a potential partner, a monumental question to ask yourself is
“Do his (her) convictions and habits interfere with my mental health, my well-being or my future well-being?”
If your date, crush, beau, belle does not pass this inspection, keep it moving. Stay free for the appropriate person.
Do not be vague; do not take yourself out of the picture; do not hope that anyone will transform into the person you want them to be.
Instead, be specific, stay in the centre of your manifestation, and recognize what traits you want to see in your partner.
In no time, you will detect those traits when they present themselves.
The person who lives in your home and with whom you spend time has a huge impact on your trajectory and you. Be mindful about who gets to influence you.
“Order” what suits you.
You may very well arrive at the insight that who has to change is you. That it is you who has to open the space for major manifestations to have a place to arrive to. That is a great clue for you. It will define your next step and how you will sail out of dreaming into action and get going.
Now let us give thanks to the home that we live and dream in and the people and pets in it who bring their friendly energies to our every day.
When I grew my first community garden, I had a series of epiphanies about a number of topics I was able to ignore before. I learned what it meant to support myself first, my initiative and my agency; that, surprise, surprise, there was an optimal way to make a garden thrive and an optimal way to manifesting; that everything starts on my turf, in my household, in my plain and fascinating day to day life.
So let me acknowledge, for our entire group, the lands we live and grow our food on and the people who lived on these soils before and kept them intact and fecund.
If you are still on the fence about growing herbs and food, or worry about skills, energy and time, appreciate the green spaces that are available to you right now and ponder how you can assist in their upkeep. The land, the park and the beach are grateful for clean-ups. Even limited places and pots can grow plants and kitchen scraps into plants. You will have a fun learning curve and amaze yourself with your conclusion that everything that you have learned about growing is practical and profound, followed by no regrets at all.
Let’s recall the five reiki precepts. Just for today, we are mastering our minds and not letting worries and anger get the best of us; we are working honestly in our paid and unpaid work; we are honouring everyone who taught and loved us; we are acknowledging all our blessings with warm gratitude.
Yesterday, when I was coming home, a plucky rabbit jumped onto my path and leaped in front of me for three minutes. It was a cute reminder to invigorate my creativity. It is the Year of the Rabbit. I was going to share a few reflections on creativity today, but I gave you enough words to absorb now. I will pick up the topic again, of course. Between creativity and manifestation, there is overlap and a few differences.
Take a dip into your own creativity with my short essay Guidance Is What You Love at https://nandajurela.com/2022/02/12/guidance-is-what-you-love/
May this day fill you up with inspiration and heart-expanding contentment. Stay hydrated.
I humbly receive, I bow to the universal life energy, I bow to reiki practitioners, I bow to the splendour of summer.
