What We Really Need

People need sustenance, love and hope.

Sustenance, love and hope can be realized.

It is an inner and an outer process. It is beneficial to pay attention to both sides: to the inside world and its development and to promoting the conditions that enable sustenance, love and hope.

That includes all people.

It can not be an individual or a group effort alone. But it starts with I and we. Not with “them”. What “they” do is distraction. What I do counts. What we do is interesting. Treat the distraction as distraction; bring the focus back on what is in your power to change.

Act on what intrigues you. Explore sustenance, love and hope. Solve the problem. Other issues are secondary and decrease whenever sustenance, love and hope have been made real.
