Sometimes they despise you because you are not as depressed as they are.
Sometimes they despise you because you are the love they want to be.
Sometimes they despise you because you have the vision they wish they had.
Sometimes they despise you because you embody what they had hoped for. They just expected it from someone unlike you, from someone else.
Sometimes they despise you because you act with courage. That takes away every excuse of why they don’t do what is right.
Sometimes they despise you because you are sober and your mind is clear.
Sometimes they despise you because do not shout to the world that you perform miracles and how often you do. Even your modesty seems to bother them.
No worries. None of these are your problems.
