Thanks to water for refreshing, cleaning and teaching us. Thanks to the air for letting us breathe, notice and hear. Thanks to love for the revelation that all life is unified and cooperates. Thanks to the practice of healing for revitalising, invigorating, freeing and balancing us. Thanks to the Inner Smile for the calm, reassurance and appreciation it instills.
