October Skies In 2020

You can watch the Jupiter and Saturn conjunction – the two planets are very close now, until their Grand Conjunction on winter solstice. Together, the two shine brighter than Venus, usually the brightest planet in the sky.

You can also observe Mars, the red planet, with your own eyes.

Rod Pommier ( @ http://www.rodpommier.com/ ) took this magical photo of Mars on 3 October 2020, in Portland, OR.
