It reminds me that a tree too is full of juice, chi, life force and medicine. The honey-coloured syrup with the subtle fragrance must be moving through the trunk all year, and it oozes through the bark… under what conditions? The right temperature? Excess? Surplus, maybe. A lucky moment… of abundance…
