Mint Hibiscus Iced Tea

• 4 cups boiling water
• 4 hibiscus tea bags
• 2 cups cold water
• 2 cups apple juice
• ½ cup mint leaves

Steep the tea bags and mint leaves in 4 cups of boiling water for about 10 minutes or until it is the strength that you want. Add the cold water and apple juice and refrigerate. Serve chilled.


Shared with friends several years ago. The drink has become popular in my household.
