Do No Harm

The guideline of Do No Harm is only complete when it includes the self.

Notice how Do No Harm introduces an angle to compassion/self-compassion and love of neighbour/love of self that is practical and centering and clears up all misconceptions of what love is.

Do No Harm makes a good mantra. It has the power to manage behaviour and thoughts that aren’t good for you and to preserve time and energy – for the action and creativity that you desire.
