When you lose your self-trust, your humanity and your sense of humour, you are done. You have let “them” win.
That is because all three — self-trust, humanity and sense of humour — enable love: loving and receiving love.
Never, never give up. Never agree to a program that demands that you surrender what is best in you.
Yes to perseverance, to courage, to being.
No to conformity and low quality bullshit. Anything that isn’t from love is low quality bullshit. And, it will steal your health.
